Opt-in Policy

This Opt-in Policy describes how we obtain your permission to contact you and how you can stop receiving messages at any time (opt-out).

1. What opt-in means

Opt-in is your free, informed and explicit permission for Spas Versati to contact you. We only message people who ask to be contacted — for example, by ticking the consent box in our forms or by starting a WhatsApp conversation with us.

2. What you are agreeing to

To be contacted by WhatsApp and e-mail to continue the service you requested.
To receive replies to your enquiry, quotes and information about the products you asked about.

We do not send unsolicited messages and we do not share your contact with third parties for their own marketing.

3. How to withdraw (opt-out)

You can withdraw your consent at any time — reply STOP / “unsubscribe” to any message, or write to vendas@spasversati.com.br. We will stop contacting you for marketing purposes.

4. Records

We keep a record of your consent (date, time and the text you accepted) as proof, in line with the LGPD and good anti-spam practice.
